Our kitchen is built around the dish Hyderabad is famous for: Dum Biryani, slow-cooked in sealed pots so the rice absorbs every layer of spice, saffron, and marinated meat beneath it. We serve it the traditional way — chicken, mutton, fish, or vegetable — alongside cooling raita and our tangy house-made salan.
